The hotel’s wedding venues page, in a copy archived on 29 October 2020, lists the Four Seasons Ballroom at 491 square metres, built without pillars and with arched windows facing the tree-lined stretch of Orchard Boulevard, with a banquet capacity of 320 and a reception capacity of 450 for the room as a whole. The hotel’s live press fact sheet lists a ballroom-size figure of 491 square metres and a banquet capacity of 300, without identifying the room or configuration to which that capacity applies; confirm the relevant capacity with the wedding team.
The Four Seasons Ballroom A page archived on 13 May 2026 and Ballroom B page archived on 20 May 2026 each list 245.5 square metres, a maximum occupancy of 200 and a banquet-rounds capacity of 120. Ballroom A’s page also lists a reception capacity of 200 for Ballroom A on its own; a guest count at this scale is worth discussing with your photography team well ahead of the day.
The Crescent Ballroom is listed at 246 square metres, built without pillars and fitted with handmade glass chandeliers according to the hotel’s own description. The venues page archived on 29 October 2020 gives it a banquet capacity of 150 and a reception capacity of 220. Smaller rooms and the penthouse venues
The wedding venues page archived on 29 October 2020 lists three third-floor function rooms: Temasek I at 40 square metres, Temasek II at 44 square metres and Temasek III at 25 square metres. The Temasek III page archived on 26 November 2020 lists a maximum occupancy of 8 and a boardroom-layout capacity of 8.
On the 20th floor, Windows East and Windows West are each listed at 101 square metres with floor-to-ceiling windows and an outdoor patio; the hotel’s own page for Windows East describes a view over surrounding greenery and the cityscape, while the Windows West page describes a view of the sunset over the skyline from its patio. In copies archived on 28 September 2022, each room has a stated maximum occupancy of 100, with a banquet-rounds capacity of 60 and a reception capacity of 80.
The hotel’s press fact sheet separately lists an outdoor banquet capacity of more than 50, without naming which outdoor area this figure applies to. Ask the wedding team which of the hotel’s outdoor spaces, if any, this covers, and whether it is one you could use for photographs.
An offsite civil solemnisation at Four Seasons
For a civil marriage, a solemnisation here would be an offsite ceremony requiring the venue’s agreement, a licensed solemniser and completion of ROM’s application, declaration and marriage-licence requirements; offsite ceremonies may take place on weekends and public holidays. Confirm the venue, date and time with the hotel before inviting a solemniser to commit, since the Registry advises booking one 3 to 6 months ahead and they may not confirm any earlier. The marriage application itself is submitted no earlier than six months and at least 21 days before the solemnisation, and you will need two witnesses above the age of 21.
