Spaces the club offers for a wedding
The club’s private events page gives a full-venue capacity of up to 500 guests based on its existing setup, and lists these named spaces:
- Sunset Cabana - 50 seated or 70 standing, permanently sheltered with blinds.
- Coastal Tables - 56 seated or 80 standing, which the club describes as a flexible space for everything from intimate gatherings to large group celebrations.
- Main Bar - 52 seated or 60 standing.
- Pool Lounge - 25 seated or 30 standing; Pool Daybeds - 32 seated or 40 standing.
- Beach Daybeds - 36 seated or 90 standing; Signature Daybeds - 36 seated or 50 standing; Beach Loungers - 24 seated or 50 standing.
The club’s events FAQ gives a separate breakdown for a full-venue exclusive booking: 350 seated or 450 standing in the standard configuration, or from 1,000 guests upward with use of the public beach. The private events page also lists a Dining Room and Dining Terrace, marked as subject to changes. Solemnisation at Tanjong Beach Club
For a civil marriage, a solemnisation here would be an offsite ceremony requiring the venue’s agreement, a licensed solemniser and completion of ROM’s application, declaration and marriage-licence requirements; offsite ceremonies may take place on weekends and public holidays. ROM advises booking a solemniser 3 to 6 months ahead, and the solemniser must accept your booking through ROM’s portal before your ROM appointment. Submit your marriage application no earlier than six months and at least 21 days before the solemnisation, and bring two witnesses above 21. Neither the club nor Sentosa is a ROM office; ROM’s registry currently operates from The Esplanade Mall.

Sentosa’s FAQ also states that filming and photography requests must be submitted at least ten working days in advance for approval; ask Sentosa whether your planned shoot requires a permit, and coordinate with the club’s events team. Sentosa requires prior approval for commercial drone operations, with requests submitted at least ten working days ahead, and prohibits recreational drone flying. Operators must also comply with CAAS requirements for operator and activity permits.
