How many guests can these hotels' ballrooms hold?

Figures vary by hotel and layout. Pan Pacific Singapore's own pages state that Pacific Ballroom seats up to 650 guests and Ocean Ballroom up to 380 guests. Furama RiverFront

Furama RiverFront, on Havelock Road, states on its own events page, fetched 28 September 2026, that it offers packages catering to a vegetarian menu, Muslim weddings, Indian weddings, Chinese weddings and solemnisation ceremonies. The hotel's own capacity chart, also fetched 28 September 2026, gives separate Theatre, Banquet and Cocktail figures by layout for its Venus, Jupiter, Mercury and Mars spaces, and its own pages describe The Waterfall and the VIP Room as suited to intimate weddings and solemnisations; the VIP Room's chart lists a Theatre figure of 30, a Banquet figure of 20 and a Cocktail figure of 20. The pages reviewed do not state whether outside photographers and videographers are permitted, so ask the events team directly. Grand Copthorne Waterfront

Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, near Robertson Quay, states on its dedicated weddings page, fetched 29 September 2026, that it offers Chinese, Malay and Indian wedding packages, alongside an 850 sqm Grand Ballroom and an outdoor solemnisation by the Singapore River. The hotel's separate meetings and events page gives area figures for the Grand Ballroom's two component rooms and lists a Waterfront Ballroom capacity of up to 345 guests in a theatre layout or 260 in a sit-down banquet layout; it also lists Paradiso, described as a wedding chapel for solemnisations, though this space is not named on the weddings page itself. For the riverside solemnisation, ask whether an indoor alternative is available and what conditions apply, since the pages reviewed do not describe a covered area nearby. Pan Pacific Singapore

Pan Pacific Singapore's own celebrations pages, according to our guide to this hotel, list an Indian Wedding Package among several brochure downloads, alongside a Solemnisation Package, Keyaki Wedding Packages and Hai Tien Lo Wedding Packages; the pages reviewed do not otherwise state that the hotel offers or runs Indian weddings beyond this brochure listing. The hotel's own pages state that Pacific Ballroom seats up to 650 guests and Ocean Ballroom seats up to 380 guests. The hotel names the Pacific Centre Event Suites, at a stated capacity of 32 guests, as its solemnisation venue, and separately describes Keyaki's Garden Pavilion and the Hai Tien Lo restaurant as settings for a solemnisation or a smaller wedding meal; Keyaki's own venue page lists a minimum of 40 guests, while the package brochure states a minimum attendance of 30 guests, so ask the hotel which minimum applies to your chosen package. The pages reviewed do not state a vendor or photography policy, and do not identify the hotel's atrium as a bookable wedding photography space. Temples for a Hindu ceremony

Our guide to Indian weddings in Singapore states that Tamil Hindu weddings in Singapore usually take place in a temple rather than a hotel. Drawing on the National Heritage Board's Roots portal, that guide notes that Sri Mariamman Temple, a national monument managed by the Hindu Endowments Board, and Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple, which has a wedding hall known as PGP Hall on its grounds, have long hosted temple wedding ceremonies; Sri Thendayuthapani Temple, commonly called the Chettiars' Temple, has a wedding hall built for its own community's traditions.

Civil registration is a separate step

A temple ceremony, a gurdwara Anand Karaj or a church wedding is not automatically the legal marriage. Where at least one partner is not Muslim, the marriage is registered with the Registry of Marriages (ROM) via the official marriage.gov.sg process; where both partners are Muslim, it is registered through the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM). Our guide to Indian weddings in Singapore notes that a licensed solemniser who is also a religious leader can sometimes combine the civil solemnisation with the religious ceremony, provided this is arranged and the marriage licence is issued beforehand. For an offsite civil solemnisation at a hotel, settle this directly with the hotel and a licensed solemniser well ahead of the day. Coordinate the proposed venue, date and time with the hotel and your licensed solemniser before finalising arrangements. What to ask before you book

For any of the three hotels above, ask the events team which spaces are available for your guest count and layout, whether outside photographers and videographers are permitted, and which figure applies where the hotel's own pages give more than one number for the same room. For any outdoor or partly-open space, ask whether an indoor alternative is available and what conditions apply. Any drone flying must comply with CAAS Operator Permit and Activity Permit requirements.

For a temple ceremony, confirm the date, timing and photography etiquette directly with the temple and your priest well ahead of the wedding day, and share your full run of events, including any mehndi, haldi or baraat procession, with your photography and videography team so coverage can be planned around the family's own customs rather than a fixed script.
